About London Legal

Legal counsel with clarity, composure and responsibility

We work with individuals and businesses to understand complex legal matters, organize the relevant information and identify the appropriate practical next step.

01

The institution

We listen first. Then place the matter in its proper legal frame

London Center of Legal Consultation serves individuals and businesses from Abu Dhabi, bringing together legal advisory work, dispute support and the preparation of documents for commercial and personal matters. The team includes lawyers and legal consultants whose published experience covers UAE practice and work in other jurisdictions.

Our work spans civil and commercial disputes, companies and contracts, debt and enforcement, property, arbitration, banking and insurance, documentation, intellectual property, family, criminal and employment matters. This breadth helps us consider the connections between different aspects of a client’s issue rather than treating each document in isolation.

A matter begins with a discussion of the facts and the client’s objective. We then review the relevant material, identify the questions that need to be answered and explain the available next steps. The scope of any further work is agreed according to the requirements of the file.

Professional and administrative support both have a role in a well-organized legal matter. Clear records, coordinated preparation and communication about developments help the client understand what has been done and what is still required.

A message from the director

Legal advice has a role before a dispute begins

We see preventive advice as an essential part of legal work. Individuals, companies and institutions benefit from understanding their rights and obligations before entering into a transaction or committing to a new arrangement.

A considered legal review can identify unclear terms, responsibilities and questions that deserve attention before an agreement is signed. When a dispute has already arisen, the same careful approach helps organize the facts and establish the options available.

This is the perspective that guides the firm’s approach: advice grounded in the circumstances of the client, a clear explanation of the legal position and a practical discussion of what comes next.

How we work

Client priorities. Careful professional work

01

The client’s priorities

We start with the issue the client needs to resolve, the interests at stake and the practical objective. Advice is connected to that context, with the available options and limitations explained before the next step.

02

Experience connected to the matter

Different matters call for different professional experience. The team’s published areas of work help identify the appropriate support for the file, with responsibility and scope agreed through the firm.

03

Organized case preparation

Contracts, correspondence, procedural records and relevant evidence are reviewed together. A clear record of the matter supports legal analysis and makes the next information request easier to understand.

04

Communication about progress

The client should be able to understand the current stage of the work, the information still required and the purpose of the next action. Communication is organized around the scope and progress of the matter.
